To become a Member of the Chandelle Flying Club, Inc., you must purchase a share of stock in the corporation from a current member. The Bylaws allow a maximum of only twenty members in the Club. A share of stock represents the stockholder's equity in the corporation or 1/20th of the approximate book value of the aircraft and other assets of the Club. The purchase price of a share at any given time is agreed upon between the seller and the buyer. When a Member leaves the Club, the actual amount returned to that stockholder is the price he or she can bargain from the buyer.
Anyone interested in purchasing a share in the Club should contact current Club Secretary, Jennifer Whitley, with your name, address, work/home phone, and e-mail address so that your name can be added to the waiting list. The waiting list is confidential and available only to current Chandelle Members.
