• Anyone interested in purchasing a share is encouraged to contact Jennifer Whitley with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. When there are shares for sale, you will be put in contact with the Member(s) interested in selling. If there are no shares for sale, your name will be placed on a confidential waiting list. Those on the waiting list are notified when a share becomes available for purchase.
• The purchase price of any share is negotiated between the buyer and the seller, generally based on 1/20 the value of the Club's assets at the time of the purchase. As of September 27, 2002 the value of one Club share was estimated at approximately $6,000 (blue book value of the two aircraft as provided by our insurance company and cash-on-hand, divided by 20 Members). NOTE: This is NOT an appraisal, only an informal estimate of a Club share value, provided as a starting point for purchase/sale negotiations.
